What it costs.

1 credit is 1 connected minute. Each call rounds up to the next 30 seconds. This call (billed as 73 seconds) used 1.5 credits.
Unused monthly credits don’t roll over. Need more? 100 credits for $32. Top-up credits never expire.
Prices are in US dollars. Change or cancel your plan in the billing portal.
Questions owners ask.
Do I pay before I try it?
No. You make an account, answer the form, read the greeting and try a 1-minute call in your browser. The $25 setup is what gets you the phone number.
Do I have to change my business number?
No. Forward your existing business line to the receptionist’s number, or just share the new number. Call forwarding is turned on with your phone provider.
Does it book into my calendar?
No. It takes an appointment request: name, number, reason, and the day and time the caller prefers. Your team confirms it with them.
Can it transfer a call to me?
Not yet. It takes a message and marks urgent calls so you see them first on your dashboard.
What if it doesn’t know the answer?
It answers only from what you wrote or uploaded. If a question isn’t covered, it takes a message so your team can follow up.
What about emergencies?
You write the rules for urgent calls. For an emergency, the receptionist tells the caller to call 911.
What happens when my credits run out?
The receptionist pauses and you get an email. Add a 100-credit top-up for $32 or change plans in the billing portal. When it’s back on, you get another email.
Do short or hang-up calls use credits?
Credits count connected time, rounded up to the next 30 seconds. A 10-second hang-up uses half a credit.
Which languages does it speak?
English only for now.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in the billing portal. The $25 setup is a one-time charge.
